2. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you access the website, the web server processes technical access data required to provide the website. This may include, in particular, the page or file requested, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, browser information and the IP address.

To the extent that this processing is within our area of responsibility, it is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and efficient provision of this website and the detection and prevention of technical attacks.

According to STRATO, IP addresses of website visitors are stored for a maximum of seven days for the purpose of detecting and preventing attacks. Host names and IP addresses are anonymized in the web server log files made available to customers.

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the data you provide solely for the purpose of handling your enquiry and any subsequent communication.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to steps prior to entering into a contract or to the performance of a contract. In all other cases, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the appropriate handling of incoming enquiries.

4. No Web Analytics or Marketing Tracking

We currently do not use our own web analytics or marketing tracking services such as Google Analytics on this website. We also do not integrate external services for analytics or marketing purposes.

5. Your Rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have in particular the right to obtain information about your personal data, and to request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability. Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.
